A customer in Tajikistan was looking for an oral liquid filling solution that could handle several different bottle sizes. Rather than investing in separate equipment for each bottle format, the customer wanted one flexible production line that could meet different production requirements.

After discussing the bottle specifications and production needs with the customer, we designed an oral liquid filling line with flexible format changeover. The same line can be adjusted for different bottle sizes, allowing the customer to switch between formats without replacing the complete filling system.

This was an important part of the project. By using one filling line for multiple bottle specifications, the customer can avoid purchasing several dedicated machines. It not only reduces the initial equipment investment but also saves production space and makes better use of the equipment over the long term.

Before shipment, the customer came to our facility for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). Different bottle sizes were tested during the FAT, including the filling process and format changeover. The tests were completed successfully, and the equipment met the agreed project requirements.

For us, the value of this project is not simply providing a filling machine. It is about finding a practical solution that fits the customer's actual production needs while keeping the overall investment under control.
